This episode of Strange Matters talks about the phenomenon known as Time Slips. Time Slips refer to events in which a person supposedly either leaves their own timeline to get a glimpse of something in the past or future, or sees something in the present of a person or object from another time era. This episode goes over details of these so called “Time Slips,” as well as presents various stories of people who have said to experienced such things.
I love this podcast, Strange Matters lived up to its name. I love the reflection of various viewpoints and the eventual rational conclusions. I was looking forward to the episode ‘Time Slips’. Unfortunately I felt what was covered has already been repeated by other podcasts, journals, you tube videos, TV programmes etc. Some of the so called ‘Time Slip’ stories are a little dubious, others possibly now debunked. However, no mention was made of more recent claims of ‘Time Slips’? For example the ‘Bold Street time slips’ which took place in Liverpool England. Provide a few intriguing cases. Also some possible accounts of people witnessing apparitions could be accounts of time slips, as in the Stocksbridge bypass account in Sheffield, England. Whereby a witness of children dressed in old fashioned clothing dancing around or within an electric pylon late at night, makes interesting eyewitness reading. Please consider a part two at a future date, as these cases open up whole new perspectives about science. Keep up the good work on Strange Matters.
